Our most FAQ of all time: will you restock *insert item here*? 

Answer: New items, such as sunglasses and other select accessories, will be restocked appropriately depending on demand. All our vintage pieces are one-of-a-kind, so unfortunately restocking is impossible. But, Tarte Exclusive items (altered vintage, including studded or stitched denim) are added to the store routinely. So although it may not be the exact same pair of shorts or whatever the item may be, we can find one similar and sew/stud it.

Because some items sell so quickly, I suggest customers to sign up for our newsletter. We always send out an email alerting subscribers with new collections before we update anywhere else.

Question: Where do you buy all of your stuff?

Answer: We source our items from vintage shops, estate sales, thrift stores, and my mother’s closet. Items generally sell quickly so be sure to follow this tumblr and the shop’s twitter!

Question: I would like to order some stuff from your store but I don’t have a paypal, is there any other payment option ?

Answer: Thank you! We also accept credit and debit cards.

Question: What camera do you use? 

Answer: We use many cameras for look book shoots, but for the store photography, we use a Canon 60D.

Question: I’m just wondering if all of these photographs are personally taken by you and if they are really yours

Answer: All photos are taken by our photographer or myself with my camera in our studio. All items are the actual items being sold, and photos of the actual item are worn by a fmodel or myself.
